香港送貨、運費及配送時間

香港一般貨品運費

一般香港配送地區：合資格商品訂單滿 HK$500 免基本運費；未滿 HK$500 一般運費 HK$30。指定偏遠地區或較重貨件可能出現 HK$80 物流選項。原有偏遠地區說明包括愉景灣、珀麗灣／馬灣、南丫島、長洲及坪洲。實際可提供的速遞方案、重量限制及運費，以商品所屬運費設定、收貨地址及結帳頁為準。

內地倉庫直送｜香港免運費

所有標示「內地倉庫直送」的商品，均享香港免運費，無須購物滿 HK$500。商品頁會顯示「內地倉庫直送｜香港免運費」。相關免運安排維持有效，直至另行公布；其他商品按結帳運費規則計算，包裹可能分開寄出。

冷凍及冰鮮食品（冷鏈）

冷鏈訂單滿 HK$500，可免費送至指定支援冷鏈運輸的順豐自提點；選擇送上門則另加 HK$20。未滿 HK$500 的冷鏈訂單，指定自提點基本運費為 HK$40；送上門另加 HK$20，合共 HK$60。因目前結帳系統限制，冷鏈運費可能顯示 HK$0，但不代表冷鏈免運費，亦不代表運費已包含在網上結帳付款金額。客服會於安排配送前確認實際運費並取得顧客同意，然後另行收取；如顧客不同意另付費用，可於安排配送前取消相關冷鏈訂單並獲退款。自提點、可配送地區及日期受冷鏈物流覆蓋限制，混合貨品可能分開寄出。

現成商品處理及送貨時間

香港現貨一般在下單後約 1–2 個工作天處理，出貨後本地速遞一般需 1–2 個工作天，整體通常約 3 個工作天（一般約 2–4 個工作天）。此為一般估算，不保證特定日期。

內地倉庫直送商品

內地倉庫直送商品享香港免運費。訂單一般處理約 1–2 天，速遞再需 4–6 天，整體參考約 5–8 天；實際受庫存、航班及清關影響。

訂造、冷鏈及預售商品

按寸訂造床品通常需 2–3 星期製作，由尺寸、物料、顏色及訂單資料全部確認後起計，完成後另計本地速遞（通常 1–2 個工作天）。冷凍／冰鮮及預訂食品按庫存、截單日期、到貨和冷鏈日程處理，並非一般現貨約 3 天的時程。假日、惡劣天氣及供應中斷可能延長配送。

國際運費與關稅

國際配送只適用於目前已啟用的市場及合資格商品。結帳選項「International Shipping — Paid Separately by Customer」代表國際運費不包含在網上結帳總額內，亦非國際免運費。請在下單前向 cs@mdv-mall.com 查詢運費報價。另行支付的國際運費需事先取得顧客同意。目的地關稅、稅項及清關費可能適用。

請提供正確收貨姓名、地址及電話。如對混合商品訂單、特別地區、冷鏈或國際運費有疑問，請在下單前向 cs@mdv-mall.com 查詢。實際費用以結帳或另行經顧客同意的物流安排為準。

Shipping Policy — English

Hong Kong general shipping

Eligible orders of HK$500 or above receive free basic delivery to standard Hong Kong service areas. Below HK$500, standard delivery is generally HK$30. A HK$80 option can apply to remote destinations or heavier parcels. The original remote-area references include Discovery Bay, Park Island/Ma Wan, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau. Available choices, weight criteria and charges depend on the items, delivery address and rates shown at checkout.

Mainland Warehouse Direct Delivery — Free Hong Kong Shipping

All products marked “Dispatch from a mainland China warehouse” qualify for free Hong Kong shipping with no HK$500 minimum spend. Each product page will display “Mainland Warehouse Direct Delivery | Free Hong Kong Shipping”. This offer remains in effect until otherwise announced. Processing generally takes 1–2 days, followed by 4–6 days in transit (approximately 5–8 days overall), subject to customs and logistics. Other products follow their own checkout shipping rates; parcels may arrive separately.

Frozen and chilled goods

For eligible cold-chain orders of HK$500 or more, delivery to a designated SF cold-chain pickup point is free; home delivery costs an additional HK$20. For orders below HK$500, pickup-point shipping costs HK$40; home delivery adds HK$20, making HK$60 total. Due to a checkout system limitation, the cold-chain shipping charge may display as HK$0; this does not mean shipping is free or included in the online payment. Before arranging dispatch, customer support will confirm the applicable delivery fee and obtain your agreement before collecting it separately. If you do not agree, you may cancel the affected cold-chain order before dispatch and receive a refund. Available destinations, pickup points and delivery dates depend on carrier coverage; mixed-temperature items may ship separately.

In-stock dispatch and delivery

Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered by local courier in another 1–2 business days, generally about 3 business days overall (allow approximately 2–4 business days). These are estimates, not guarantees.

Dispatch from mainland China warehouses

Selected products shipped from a mainland China warehouse typically require around 1–2 days for processing and a further 4–6 days in transit (approximately 5–8 days overall). Stock availability, customs, flight schedules and destination may affect timing. Please refer to product-specific delivery information where provided.

Made-to-measure, cold-chain and preorders

Made-to-measure bedding usually takes 2–3 weeks to produce after full specification confirmation, plus local courier delivery (normally a further 1–2 business days). Frozen, chilled and preorder products follow their own cutoff, arrival and cold-chain schedules. Holidays, weather, customs and supply delays can affect timing.

International delivery

International delivery is available only for eligible items and enabled markets. The checkout option “International Shipping — Paid Separately by Customer” means that international freight is not included in the online checkout total and is not free. Please contact cs@mdv-mall.com for a shipping quote before ordering. Separate freight charges require your advance agreement. Destination import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply.
