Custom baby cot, crib and kids fitted sheets in Hong Kong

Made-to-measure fitted sheets for baby cots, cribs, toddler beds, children’s beds, IKEA and imported small mattresses, kindergarten nap mats and other non-standard sizes. Production is based on the actual mattress length, width and depth.

Current traditional fabric options

Custom fitted sheets can currently be compared in 100s TENCEL™ Lyocell, 100s cotton sateen and the new 140s cotton sateen. The 140s option is a fabric-feel choice, not a claim of greater infant safety or health benefit.

Choose by feel, not by number alone

100s TENCEL™ LYOCELL

Smooth, soft and fluid

A lighter, more flowing drape for families who prefer a silky-smooth fabric feel.

100s COTTON SATEEN

NEW · 140s COTTON SATEEN

Finer, lighter and more delicate

A refinement-focused premium-cotton direction. Yarn count is one aspect of fabric construction; it is not an infant-safety rating.

Measure the actual mattress

Remove the current sheet and measure the mattress itself rather than the outside cot frame, model name or old cover.

Length

Measure end to end along the longest mattress edge.

Width

Measure side to side at the widest normal point.

Depth

Measure vertically from top to bottom without compressing the mattress. Include a thin permanent protector only when it normally stays underneath the fitted sheet.

Example: 120 cm length × 60 cm width × 10 cm depth · Quantity 2 · selected material and colour code.

Very thin, flexible or folding mattresses need extra review

A traditional elastic fitted sheet works for many small mattresses, but very thin or flexible surfaces can bend under strong elastic tension. Provide the exact depth, firmness, flexibility and a clear photograph for unusual construction.

Always follow the original sleep-product manufacturer’s instructions. A custom sheet should not be used as a reason to add an unapproved mattress, topper or padding.

INFANT SLEEP SAFETY

Keep an infant sleep space firm, flat, well fitted and clear

Use a firm, flat mattress that fits the cot or crib correctly, together with a securely fitted sheet. Keep pillows, loose blankets, padded bumpers, stuffed toys and other soft objects out of an infant sleep space.

This page explains made-to-measure fitted sheets only. It does not claim that 100s, 140s or any particular fabric provides a safety or health advantage. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the cot, crib, travel cot or play yard and seek professional healthcare advice where appropriate.

Baby & kids custom fitted-sheet FAQ

Is 140s cotton safer for babies than 100s cotton?

No such claim is made. 140s describes a finer, lighter and more refinement-focused cotton fabric direction. Infant sleep safety depends on following safe-sleep guidance, using an approved sleep surface and keeping the sleep space clear.

Can I order one fitted sheet only?

Yes. Traditional custom-bedding products allow an individual fitted-sheet item without requiring a duvet cover or pillowcase.

Can you make sheets for IKEA cots, children’s beds or nap mats?

A quotation can be prepared from the actual mattress length, width and depth. Very thin, folding or unusual sleep surfaces should also be described and photographed for review.
