Shipping Policy 送貨安排
以下送貨安排適用於香港訂單。一般產品與冷凍／冰鮮產品因保存及運輸要求不同，將採用不同的配送方式及運費標準。
The following delivery arrangements apply to orders within Hong Kong. General products and frozen or chilled products are subject to different delivery methods and charges due to their different storage and transportation requirements.
香港送貨及運費｜Hong Kong Delivery
GENERAL PRODUCTS
一般產品｜General Products
適用於床品、家居用品及毋須使用冷鏈運輸的一般產品。 Applies to bedding, household items and other products that do not require cold-chain transportation.
訂單滿HK$500
免費送貨｜Free Delivery香港一般地區免費送貨，偏遠地區除外。
Free delivery is available to standard Hong Kong delivery areas, excluding designated remote areas.
訂單未滿HK$500
運費HK$30｜HK$30 Delivery Fee未達免費送貨金額的一般產品訂單，收取HK$30運費。
A delivery fee of HK$30 applies to general-product orders below HK$500.
Remote-area delivery: A delivery fee of HK$80 applies. Remote areas include Discovery Bay, Park Island／Ma Wan, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau.
FROZEN & CHILLED PRODUCTS
冷凍／冰鮮產品｜Frozen / Chilled Products
適用於冷凍食品、冰鮮食品及需要冷鏈溫度管理的商品。 Applies to frozen and chilled products requiring temperature-controlled transportation.
訂單滿 HK$500｜冷鏈自提免運
冷鏈自提免費｜Free Cold-chain Pickup合資格冷鏈商品訂單滿 HK$500，可免費送至指定支援冷鏈運輸的順豐自提點；如需送上門另加 HK$20。
Eligible cold-chain orders of HK$500 or above qualify for free delivery to designated SF cold-chain pickup points. Home delivery costs an additional HK$20.
訂單未滿 HK$500｜基本運費 HK$40
未滿 HK$500 的合資格冷鏈訂單，指定冷鏈自提點基本運費為 HK$40；如需送上門，另加 HK$20，共 HK$60。可選配送範圍、自提點及日期視乎冷鏈服務實際覆蓋。不同溫層商品可能分開配送。
結帳運費顯示 HK$0 的說明：受目前結帳系統限制，冷鏈運費可能未能自動計入網上結帳總額；HK$0 不代表豁免上述應付冷鏈運費。客服會在安排配送前確認自提／送上門的實際收費，並取得顧客同意後才另行收取。如不同意另付運費，可在安排配送前取消相關冷鏈訂單並獲退回已付款項。
For cold-chain orders below HK$500, pickup-point delivery is HK$40; home delivery adds HK$20 (HK$60 total). Due to a checkout system limitation, shipping may display as HK$0 without being included in the amount paid. This does not mean cold-chain shipping is free. Customer service confirms the applicable fee and obtains your agreement before arranging delivery and separate payment. If you do not agree, you may cancel the affected cold-chain order before dispatch for a refund.
Mixed-product orders: When an order contains both general products and frozen or chilled products, the delivery method and charges will be determined according to cold-chain requirements, the product combination and the available delivery arrangement. Some products may need to be delivered separately.
處理及送貨時間｜Processing & Delivery
現成床品及一般現貨產品
一般需要 1–2 個工作天處理；出貨後本地速遞一般再需 1–2 個工作天，整體通常約 3 個工作天（一般約 2–4 個工作天）。
Ready-made bedding and other in-stock general products normally require 1–2 business days for order processing. Local delivery normally takes another 1–2 business days after dispatch (around 3 business days overall, generally 2–4 business days).
訂造床品
一般製作時間為 2–3 星期，由確認所有訂造資料後起計；完成後安排本地速遞，通常另需 1–2 個工作天。
Custom-made bedding normally requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production after confirmation of all specifications. Local delivery usually takes another 1–2 business days after completion.
冷凍食品
按現貨庫存、冷鏈服務日期及配送安排出貨。
Frozen products are dispatched according to stock availability, cold-chain service dates and the available delivery schedule.
冰鮮預訂產品
按產品頁所示的截單日期、預計到貨時段及實際到貨情況安排配送或取貨。
Chilled preorder products are arranged for delivery or collection according to the order deadline, estimated arrival period and actual shipment arrival shown on the product page.
Delivery-time notice: All stated times are general estimates. Busy periods, severe weather, stock shortages, flight schedules, customs clearance, cold-chain arrangements and delivery locations may extend processing or delivery times.
內地倉庫直送｜香港免運費 · Mainland Warehouse Direct Delivery
內地倉庫直送商品，香港免運費：所有標示「內地倉庫直送」的商品均享香港免運費，無須購物滿 HK$500。相關商品頁會清楚標示「內地倉庫直送｜香港免運費」。原有免運安排維持不變，直至另行公布。其他商品仍按其運費規則及結帳顯示計算；不同倉庫的貨品可能分開寄出。
Mainland warehouse direct delivery — free Hong Kong shipping: All items marked “Dispatch from a mainland China warehouse” qualify for free shipping to Hong Kong, with no HK$500 minimum spend. Product pages show “Mainland Warehouse Direct Delivery | Free Hong Kong Shipping”. This arrangement remains in place unless otherwise announced. Other products follow their own checkout shipping rates; parcels may ship separately.
內地倉庫直送商品送貨時間：此類免運商品由內地倉庫直送香港，一般需約 1–2 天處理訂單，速遞再需約 4–6 天，整體參考約 5–8 天；實際視貨件、清關、航班及配送安排而定，並非保證送達。
Delivery estimate for mainland warehouse items: These free-shipping products normally take around 1–2 days to process plus approximately 4–6 days in transit (about 5–8 days overall). Estimates are subject to customs, transport schedules and delivery conditions.
冷鏈運費提醒：滿 HK$500 指定冷鏈自提點基本運費免費，送上門加 HK$20；未滿 HK$500 冷鏈自提 HK$40，送上門加 HK$20（合共 HK$60）。結帳顯示 HK$0 僅屬未自動計入運費的系統限制，並非免運費；客服會在安排出貨前確認及取得同意。
Cold-chain shipping: HK$500+ orders: eligible pickup free, home delivery +HK$20. Below HK$500: pickup HK$40, home delivery +HK$20 (HK$60 total). Checkout may display HK$0 due to a system limitation; the applicable fee is confirmed and separately agreed before dispatch.
國際訂造床品：僅向已啟用市場的合資格商品提供服務。結帳選項「International Shipping — Paid Separately by Customer」表示國際運費不包含在網上結帳總額內，亦非免運費。請於下單前聯絡 cs@mdv-mall.com 確認運費報價；另行付款安排須事先取得顧客同意。目的地關稅、稅項或清關費亦可能適用。
International custom bedding: Available for eligible products in enabled markets only. “International Shipping — Paid Separately by Customer” means international freight is not included in the online checkout total and is not free. Please contact cs@mdv-mall.com for a shipping quote before ordering. Separate payment arrangements require your prior agreement; destination duties and taxes may apply.
收貨注意事項｜Important Delivery Notes
請提供正確聯絡資料
下單時請提供正確收貨地址、收件人姓名及可聯絡電話，以免影響配送安排。
Please provide the correct delivery address, recipient name and contact telephone number when placing the order.
冷凍／冰鮮產品請盡快收取
冷鏈產品送達自提點或指定地址後，請按通知及指定時間盡快收取並妥善冷藏或冷凍。
Frozen and chilled products should be collected promptly after arrival and placed into appropriate refrigerated or frozen storage as soon as possible.
無人收貨或資料錯誤
因地址錯誤、無法聯絡收件人或未有按時收取而產生的重新配送費用，可能需要由顧客承擔。
Additional redelivery charges caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient or failure to collect on time may be payable by the customer.
最終配送安排
實際配送方式、服務範圍及時間，以結帳頁顯示、物流供應商安排或客服確認為準。
Final delivery methods, service coverage and timing are subject to the information shown at checkout, the logistics provider’s arrangements or customer-service confirmation.
