Shipping Policy 送貨安排
以下送貨安排適用於香港訂單。一般產品與冷凍／冰鮮產品因保存及運輸要求不同，將採用不同的配送方式及運費標準。
The following delivery arrangements apply to orders within Hong Kong. General products and frozen or chilled products are subject to different delivery methods and charges due to their different storage and transportation requirements.
香港送貨及運費｜Hong Kong Delivery
GENERAL PRODUCTS
一般產品｜General Products
適用於床品、家居用品及毋須使用冷鏈運輸的一般產品。 Applies to bedding, household items and other products that do not require cold-chain transportation.
訂單滿HK$500
免費送貨｜Free Delivery香港一般地區免費送貨，偏遠地區除外。
Free delivery is available to standard Hong Kong delivery areas, excluding designated remote areas.
訂單未滿HK$500
運費HK$30｜HK$30 Delivery Fee未達免費送貨金額的一般產品訂單，收取HK$30運費。
A delivery fee of HK$30 applies to general-product orders below HK$500.
Remote-area delivery: A delivery fee of HK$80 applies. Remote areas include Discovery Bay, Park Island／Ma Wan, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau.
FROZEN & CHILLED PRODUCTS
冷凍／冰鮮產品｜Frozen / Chilled Products
適用於冷凍食品、冰鮮食品及需要冷鏈溫度管理的產品。 Applies to frozen food, chilled food and other products that require temperature-controlled cold-chain delivery.
訂單滿HK$500
冷鏈自提免費可免費送至指定支援冷鏈運輸的順豐自提點。
如選擇送上門，另加HK$20。
Free delivery is available to a designated SF self-pickup point that supports cold-chain delivery. Home delivery is available for an additional HK$20.
訂單未滿HK$500
運費HK$40｜HK$40 Delivery FeeHK$40運費可選擇送至指定支援冷鏈運輸的順豐自提點，或安排送上門。
The HK$40 delivery fee covers either delivery to an eligible cold-chain SF self-pickup point or home delivery.
Cold-chain coverage: Available pickup points, delivery districts, delivery dates and service times depend on SF’s cold-chain coverage and the delivery arrangements available at the time.
Remote areas and outlying islands: Standard remote-area arrangements may not apply to frozen or chilled products. Delivery availability and applicable charges must be confirmed separately with customer service.
Mixed-product orders: When an order contains both general products and frozen or chilled products, the delivery method and charges will be determined according to cold-chain requirements, the product combination and the available delivery arrangement. Some products may need to be delivered separately.
處理及送貨時間｜Processing & Delivery
現成床品及一般現貨產品
一般需要1–3日處理；出貨後送貨一般需要1–3日。
Ready-made bedding and other in-stock general products normally require 1–3 days for order processing. Delivery normally takes a further 1–3 days after dispatch.
訂造床品
一般製作時間為2–3星期，完成後再安排送貨。
Custom-made bedding normally requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production. Delivery will be arranged after production is completed.
冷凍食品
按現貨庫存、冷鏈服務日期及配送安排出貨。
Frozen products are dispatched according to stock availability, cold-chain service dates and the available delivery schedule.
冰鮮預訂產品
按產品頁所示的截單日期、預計到貨時段及實際到貨情況安排配送或取貨。
Chilled preorder products are arranged for delivery or collection according to the order deadline, estimated arrival period and actual shipment arrival shown on the product page.
Delivery-time notice: All stated times are general estimates. Busy periods, severe weather, stock shortages, flight schedules, customs clearance, cold-chain arrangements and delivery locations may extend processing or delivery times.
收貨注意事項｜Important Delivery Notes
請提供正確聯絡資料
下單時請提供正確收貨地址、收件人姓名及可聯絡電話，以免影響配送安排。
Please provide the correct delivery address, recipient name and contact telephone number when placing the order.
冷凍／冰鮮產品請盡快收取
冷鏈產品送達自提點或指定地址後，請按通知及指定時間盡快收取並妥善冷藏或冷凍。
Frozen and chilled products should be collected promptly after arrival and placed into appropriate refrigerated or frozen storage as soon as possible.
無人收貨或資料錯誤
因地址錯誤、無法聯絡收件人或未有按時收取而產生的重新配送費用，可能需要由顧客承擔。
Additional redelivery charges caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient or failure to collect on time may be payable by the customer.
最終配送安排
實際配送方式、服務範圍及時間，以結帳頁顯示、物流供應商安排或客服確認為準。
Final delivery methods, service coverage and timing are subject to the information shown at checkout, the logistics provider’s arrangements or customer-service confirmation.
