如收到商品後發現品質／製作瑕疵、寄錯、缺漏或運輸損壞，請於收貨後 7 日內以電郵 cs@mdv-mall.com 聯絡客服，提供訂單編號及相片或影片。
現貨及訂造／個人化商品一般不接受因改變主意、顧客自行量錯尺寸或選錯顏色／物料而退換；若貨品有問題或成品與已確認訂單內容不符，我們會跟進。退貨前須取得客服確認，經確認的本店錯誤或瑕疵合理退運費由本店承擔。批准退款一般於收回並檢查商品後 7 個工作天內按原付款方式發起。適用法律的強制性權利不受影響。

Report defective, incorrectly made, wrong, damaged or missing goods within 7 days with your order number and clear evidence. No standard change-of-mind returns; custom items made to confirmed measurements, fabric, colours or artwork are not returnable for customer-selected mistakes.
