Return or replacement terms
After delivery confirmation, the company reserves the right not to accept your request to modify the order, return or replace the goods based on the type and quantity of the goods unless the goods are found to be defective.
If the goods are found to be defective, (not including any incorrect use or man-made damage), expired, missing goods or incorrectly delivered, the customer can contact us by phone/email/Whatsapp 6998 8145 within 24 hours from the day of receipt .
With sufficient proof, the company will arrange replacement/reissue according to individual circumstances. We will try our best to negotiate with you the date and time for the collection and reshipment of the product as soon as possible. Goods that are mis-issued or need to be replaced must be unused, kept in the original state of sale, and kept intact.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision right to replace the goods.
退貨或更換條款
客戶簽收貨品後,即視為確認已收取的商品與訂單相符,於簽收貨品後,除貨品破損外,本公司保留不接受閣下以商品種類、數量等理由,要求修改訂單、退貨或更換的權利。
客戶收取貨品後,如發現有破損 (不包括不正確使用或人為損壞) 、過期、漏發或錯誤送遞貨品,客戶可於簽收當日起計24小時內透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp 6998 8145 聯絡我們,並提供足夠證明,由本公司將按個別情況安排更換/補發。 我們會儘快與閣下協商回收及重發貨品的日期及時間。錯發或需更換之商品,必須未經使用、保持原來出售的狀態,並保留完整包裝。
如有任何爭議,本公司保留更換貨品的最終決定權。
