Custom 120s Fine-Denier Lyocell Cotton bedding made to your exact size
Simple answer: choose this if you like Lyocell smoothness but want more body and structure than a pure-Lyocell fabric. Send us the actual measurements in centimetres or inches and we make your bedding to size in 60% Lyocell + 40% long-staple cotton.
Best for: extra-deep mattresses, mattresses with toppers, imported beds, IKEA or unusual sizes, custom bed frames, non-standard duvet inserts and special-size pillows.

What you can order
Made from your mattress width × length × depth. Ideal for deep, unusual or imported mattresses.
Made from the actual width × length of your duvet insert.
Made from the actual width × length of your pillow.
Why choose 120s Lyocell Cotton?
This fabric combines 60% Lyocell with 40% long-staple cotton. The Lyocell keeps the surface smooth and refined, while the cotton adds more body, structure and substance than our 100% Lyocell direction.
Fine, refinement-focused yarn direction
Smooth with more fabric body

100s TENCEL™ vs 120s LYOCELL COTTON
Two different hand-feel directions
| 100s 100% TENCEL™ | 120s Lyocell Cotton | |
|---|---|---|
| Composition | 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell | 60% Lyocell + 40% long-staple cotton |
| Hand feel | Softer, smoother, more fluid | Smooth, fuller, more structured |
| Fabric body | Relatively lighter and more drapey | More substantial with greater body |
| Best suited to | Customers prioritising softness and fluid drape | Customers wanting Lyocell smoothness with more structure |
Neither is a higher or lower grade. They are different fabric constructions designed for different tactile preferences.

Made for beds that standard sheets cannot solve
Use the actual mattress depth instead of relying on a generic pocket-depth description.
Measure the total finished depth when the topper normally stays underneath the fitted sheet.
Useful for US, UK, European, Australian, Japanese, IKEA and other non-standard dimensions.
Suitable when the mattress has been made specifically for a custom bed frame or platform.

How to order
Measure the actual mattress, duvet insert or pillow.
Enter the dimensions in centimetres or inches.
Select the 120CMT colour for each custom item.
Check the estimated total fabric and pricing tier.
Production follows the measurements submitted with your order.

Important: measure the mattress, not the size name
A label such as Queen, King or Single is not enough for made-to-measure production. Measure the actual mattress width, length and depth. Do not measure the bed frame and do not add your own sewing allowance.
Useful guides & bedding knowledge
Care for a fine blended fabric
Fine bedding can develop light fuzzing or occasional pilling when exposed to repeated friction or harsh washing. The addition of long-staple cotton changes the fabric body, but we do not describe this fabric as completely pill-proof.
- Turn bedding inside out and use a large laundry bag.
- Use a gentle cycle, cool or low-temperature water and a mild neutral detergent.
- Avoid bleach, aggressive spinning and high-heat tumble drying.
- Reduce repeated friction from rough garments, jewellery, zippers, pet claws or coarse surfaces.

Production & international logistics
Production: many custom orders require approximately 2–3 weeks after measurements, colours and order details are confirmed. Timing may vary with fabric availability and workshop scheduling.
International delivery: courier, freight and other transport charges are separate from the product price. You may use your own courier or freight forwarder, or ask MDV Mall to assist with arranging one.
Destination charges: import duties, taxes, customs fees or other local charges, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.

120s Lyocell Cotton bedding FAQ
Is this 100% TENCEL™?
No. This fabric is 60% Lyocell + 40% long-staple cotton.
Is 120s automatically better than 100s?
No. The fibre compositions are different. 100s pure TENCEL™ is softer and more fluid; this 120s blend has more body and structure.
Can I order just one fitted sheet?
Yes. Fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases can be ordered individually.
Can I enter measurements in inches?
Yes. The international ordering system accepts inches and converts production measurements to centimetres.
Is this suitable for an extra-deep mattress?
Yes. Enter the actual finished mattress depth, including a topper only when it normally remains underneath the fitted sheet.
Is international shipping included?
No. International logistics are paid separately by the customer.
Bottom line
Choose 120s Lyocell Cotton when you want made-to-measure fit with Lyocell smoothness and more fabric body than a pure-Lyocell direction.
