Simple ol’ Me · Hong Kong Custom Bedding
Made-to-measure fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for deep mattresses, IKEA and imported sizes, platform beds, special duvet inserts and non-standard pillows. Traditional custom materials now include 100s TENCEL™ Lyocell, 120s Fine-Denier Lyocell Cotton, 100s Cotton Sateen and 140s Cotton Sateen.
Choose construction first, then material. Traditional made-to-measure bedding is the route when you need a fitted sheet, duvet cover or pillowcase made to your dimensions. If the main problem is repeatedly lifting a thick, heavy, platform-bed or wall-side mattress, compare the detachable 100s Tencel zipper fitted-sheet system.

100s, 120s and 140s are not a simple quality ranking. Fibre composition, spinning, weave, fabric weight, dyeing and finishing also influence the finished result. “Fine denier” and “120s” describe different aspects of the 120s product.

Actual colour can differ between material families because fibre, weave, surface lustre, lighting and display settings affect perception.
Measure mattress width, length and total depth. Include a topper or protector only when it normally stays under the fitted sheet.
Measure the actual duvet insert width and length rather than relying on an old cover.
Measure the actual pillow. Add a note for shaped, extra-thick or unusually long pillows.
Traditional custom products use a measurement-first quotation logic: the configurator calculates estimated fabric usage from item type, dimensions, quantity and colour. The applicable material rate shown on the relevant product page is then used for the quotation.
Most custom orders require approximately two to three weeks after measurements, material, colour and order information are confirmed. Actual timing can vary with fabric availability, batch cutting and workshop scheduling.
