Ora King Salmon Fillet — Balance Weight Payment

This product is used only to settle the additional actual weight of an existing Ora King chilled salmon fillet pre-order. It is not intended for standalone retail purchase.

The current Ora King fillet price is HK$530 per kg. Additional weight is therefore charged at HK$53 per 100g.

How the balance is calculated

After the salmon arrives, the fillet is weighed according to its actual final weight. If the weight exceeds the amount already covered by the original pre-order payment, the additional weight will be charged using this balance-payment product.
