Grape: Aglianico 80% / Piedirosso 20%

Colour: Dark Ruby Red,

Clear Nose: Intense aroma of dark cherries and black berries, support by fragrance of Chocolate, pepper and sweet spices.   

Palate: Lots of fruit and spices, full body, dry, well structure with silky tannin. Great harmony and medium finishing.

Food Pairing: Beef Steak (preferably with pepper sauce), Game, Strong Cheese, Chinese style roasted pigeon
